Bellevue is a great city to visit and you can get many different cuisines at the restaurants there. Italian Restaurants Bellevue range from elegant to the little pizza places. Most of them offer great food in the Italian traditional cuisine or Italian American cuisine.

You can find a great restaurant called Ristorante Paradiso’s on 110th Avenue downtown near the public library and the square. There is a host of other appetizers like bruschetta, squid in marinara sauce, smoked salmon, a salad comprised of basil, mozzarella and tomatoes and many more items. Soups are fresh on a daily basis and it depends on the day as to what kind of soup is made costing 7 dollars for a bowl and 6 for a cup. Salads include the Andiamo salad made up of lettuce and other greens, cheeses, grilled eggplant, roasted red pepper and a vinaigrette sauce that costs 7 dollars.

They offer fresh fish and you just have to find out what is available that day. They have a variety of chicken dishes including piccata, parmigiana, and Marsala for about nineteen dollars. They also make the same dishes with veal. They offer Fillet Mignon and lamb at current market prices. Their pasta section of the menu is amazing. A specialty of the restaurant is Pear and Gorgonzola ravioli in a walnut Gorgonzola sauce for twenty dollars. Other pastas are spaghetti, tortellini, fettuccine, cannelloni, and lasagna. They also serve vegetarian pastas with ricotta, mushrooms, gnocchi, and more in a variety of sauces from tomato to Alfredo or mushroom sauce. There is a seafood pasta section of the menu and a variety of risottos as well. Prices are very reasonable for the great Italian cuisine this restaurant provides.

Firenze Ristorante has been in business since 1992 and the restaurant looks like it came right out of Italy. The floors are terracotta and the walls stucco while the tables are lit by candlelight. The owner is very friendly and the staff greets you as if they have known you for years, and they have known many of the guests for years.

The menu offers many Italian appetizers like Prosciutto with cheese and olives. Bruschetta with olive oil, tomatoes and basil is offered as well. They have a dish made with squid and peas that is served with tomato sauce. Traditional pasta and bean soup or Pasta Fagioli is served here as well. There are many salads from which to choose including the traditional tomato, fresh mozzarella, with basil to a Romaine salad topped with tomatoes and mushrooms. Appetizers will cost anywhere from 7 to 16 dollars.

The pasta offerings are abundant and include all types of pastas that are smothered in many different sauces such as Alfredo, claim, Pesto, tomato, wine sauce, or mushroom sauce and cost around 14 to 25 dollars. This restaurant also has chicken that is stuffed with cheese and ham in a cream or a wine sauce. They have the regular Marsla, Pizzaiola, and Piccata on the menu too. There is lamb, sausage dishes, quail and a multitude of seafood dishes. The entrees run from 14 to 25 dollars. If you have a sweet tooth you can find desserts at this restaurant that will tickle your tongue. Find Firenzi Ristorante near Bellevue square and visit them at lunch or at dinner time.

Bellevue has a few pizza restaurants and other smaller and chain type Italian Restaurants besides the two above.
